Night Glow Uploader BGM is a private tool that publishes videos to the YouTube channels operated by Night Glow Music. It runs locally on the operator's own computer. It is not distributed, not offered as a service, and has no users other than its operator.
The application signs in to one Google account — the operator's own — and acts only on the YouTube channels belonging to that account. It does not sign in other people, does not ask visitors for information, and does not read data belonging to anyone else.

(impressions, click-through rate, watch time) in order to decide what to publish next.No other Google services are accessed. Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, and Photos are not requested and not read.
The sign-in credential issued by Google is stored as a file on the operator's own computer, readable only by the operator's user account. It is never transmitted anywhere except to Google's own servers when calling the YouTube API. Channel statistics retrieved from YouTube are written to local files on the same computer.
No database, no server, and no third-party analytics service is involved.
No data obtained through Google APIs is sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party. It is not used for advertising, for building profiles, or for training machine learning models.
This application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The operator can revoke the application's access at any time from Google Account permissions, and can delete the stored credential file from their computer. Doing so ends all access immediately.
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no information from visitors.
